I can't log in to my Binance account because Facial Verification isn't working.

I've been using my Binance account for a number of years with none problems, but just lately Facial Verification was launched and it doesn't work because I get an error message (609009). The Authenticator App and Telephone Quantity verification work positive but Facial Verification does not work, so I can't log in to my Binance account on any platform. The worst thing is that I can't contact Binance help in any method because it is advisable log in to report an error or chat. With out logging in, there's only an AI chatbot, which is useless for my drawback. Please assist me.
