Like, bruh.

We all watch the same podcasts and read the same books. If you find a thought to be particularly stirring and quote it here, don't pretend you came up with it on your own.

It's good to discuss and summarize. It's super weird not to credit sources and act like you're the super chad who came up something that we all know you did not.
