I give the best advice to others, but shit myself

As the title suggests, I give out pretty good tips and advice on investing in Crypto to my friends. But I don't follow them myself.

Just a few days back before vechain went +25%, my friend approached me and asked what to invest on and how and everything. I suggested him to follow all the procedures of security and account safety, I told him to invest them on matic and vechain as they were taking a beating that day with around 10 to 15% down.

But I myself was trading on other coins and was hoping they would go parabolic. Just a day after he invested, both of them shot up and he grabbed quite a bit of profit, while I was stuck in a sideways moving line. This has happened almost many times now. My friends circle think I'm a Crypto guru, while I just am not racking in considerable profits.

I think with vast knowledge and experience we try to overdo and miss out on opportunities that are clearly right infront of us. Just like how single people give out the best girlfriend advice.
