I got into crypto 5 years ago this week...

...and my advice to you is simply "don't panic."

I'm not gonna say "buy the dip" or "HODL" or anything else. Just think about your choices and make your decisions rationally.

I've personally seen any number of bad days and the smartest thing I've ever done has been to chill, think about my choices, and do nothing rash.

If you are overinvested, it might be good to sell a little.

If you like to DCA, maybe you ought to buy a little.

Personally, I'm gonna HODL on like I've done for years. That's because I know BTC and most decent projects will recover in value over the coming months and years. The recovery probably won't come soon, but it will come.

So, again, please don't panic. It's the worst thing you can do. Maybe get away from your screen for a while and enjoy the real world. Things will settle.

If you have lost a lot of money, I am sorry. We're all having a tough day. But don't be too hard on yourself. This is a risky market and mistakes are there to be learned from. You'll get back on top eventually.
