I had 1.5 Bitcoin

To start, I am not looking for sympathy or any sort of validation, I simply want to share my experience. I also would like to hear what would you do if you were ever in a similar situation. 2023 was a shit year, I was out of work for 6 months due to my wife being in the hospital for an extended amount of time with complications during and post labor, and leaving my stable job for another job that I thought would be better(it wasn't and I left new job soon after). To summarize, due to these circumstances and other poor choices, I ended up using the majority of our 1.5 Bitcoin to help us pay bills and survive for nearly a year. Now I am down to .02 Bitcoin. It took me awhile accept responsibility, and I've damn near given up on the thought of ever getting back all that Bitcoin given th current price(took years to accumulate). Feedback and thoughts will be appreciated.
