I have lots of specific questions about NFTs regarding a project I've been working on and I'm having trouble finding the right community to discuss them in.

This project exists largely to give myself a directed way to learn more about the culture and technology around NFTs and blockchain so any tidbits help, but here's the full story of the project in the off chance this is the place I should be:

It's a conceptual art project called HyperGrowth: Generative by Nature

What it is:

A 75-day studio photography series of California Poppies growing in a pot. Each day for 75 days a series of distinct photos will be taken of the current state of the poppies and pot that vary by lighting conditions, POV and quality.

Rules:

• On Day 1, 75 photos will be taken.
• On Day 2, 74 photos will be taken.
• On Day 3, 73 photos will be taken, etc.
• On Day 75, 1 photo will be taken.
• If any one wallet holds a distinct photo from 14 days in a row, they will be able to mint a unique time lapse video or gif featuring those 14 photos for the current floor price.
• If any one wallet holds a distinct photo from 30 days in a row, they will be able to mint a unique time lapse video or gif featuring those 30 photos for the ½ of the current floor price.
• If any one wallet holds a distinct photo from all 75 days in a row, they will be able to mint a unique time lapse video or gif featuring those 75 photos for free.
• No one photo may ever appear in more than one time lapse series.
• Ownership gains admittance into a private community that may steer photography and plant care.
• Owners are referred to as Groundskeepers. (Greenskeepers? Horticulturists? Growers?)
• Day 0 will be a 76 photo series that can all be minted for free. Only one photo per wallet.
• Day 0 will be photos of the pot, with seeds, no growth.
• Day 1 will begin on the first day there is a visible sprout in the pot.
• Two epilogue photos will be produced after Day 75. One of full bloom. One of complete death.

How do I prevent a wallet from scooping up more than one of the Day 0 pics?

Is a smart contract worth it for daily minting, monitoring and creating the time lapse videos/gifs, or can I get by doing this manually?

What is the best platform to mint on?

How do I limit admittance to a private community by ownership?

I'm sure there are other unknown unknowns I'm not seeing?
