So, i've made the mistake of sending money from my metamask to my binance account through bsc. I wanted to send to another wallet, i know my bad, though.
This happened 3 days ago now, i just want to share my experience with this company guys. I've never been treated like this by any company and i hope it makes you consider if you want to put your money behind this.
Also i had another issue with another exchange the same day (Also their fault), not only their customer service reached me first but facilitated every way i can apply for reimbursment.
