I just started trading bitcoin and I’m having some issues

I recently started trading bitcoin using Binance and Bybit. With Binance, I am having difficulties accessing my funds so that I can transfer some of them to my Bybit account. I kept getting a denial whenever I try and it’s such a pain in the ass. I tried contacting their support but there’s not response at all. It feels fishy to be honest and seriously why do these people don’t respond at all?

With Bybit, using it is pretty good tbh but I just feel stressed about getting the bonuses. I used a referral code when I signed up some weeks back and once I deposited, I expected I’d get the bonuses but there’s nothing. I kind of deposited some amount there so that I can get the bonuses.
