I just withdrew some of my gains for the first time!

And what a ride it was. Nerve wracking to say the least. I am sure I have made some mistakes along the way but luckily in the end everything went alright for me.

So here is how it went:

I have been farming MBOX Tokens on Mobox for some weeks now and today exchanged 100 Tokens into BUSD for around $ 1.75 per Token. I then sent the money from Metamask to Binance because I wanted to convert it into Euro (I am from Germany) and sent it onto my bank account.

After sending a small amount (10 BUSD) as a test and everything worked, I sent the rest to Binance and converted it to Euro just to realize that SEPA is still inactive… I then thought I just sent it over to Coinbase since withdrawals are available there.

To send it there I converted my EUR into BTC only to realize that the transaction fee was at around 20 bucks… Because I did not want to pay that much just for transaction of a rather small amount, I then converted my BTC to ADA which had much lower Fees (around € 1.5), made a small payment as a test and then sent over everything after the test ADA arrived.

When I had everything on Coinbase I finally converted to Euro and withdrew to my bank account where it hopefully lands by tomorrow.

Since I am into Crypto (which is only a few months now) I only send money to the exchanges and never withdrew.I am glad I finally did this even though not really in a simple and efficient manner. Just wanted to share this since it were some intense moments and I am happy it worked out.
