I live in the United States and invested in a BSC project that proved to be a rug pull and left 2000+ investors with their funds deemed worthless. What can I do from a legal standpoint?

I've researched the project and it seemed safe from a rug pull perspective - However, it turned out to be a scam. My first one in the space. Definitely not a great decision on my end to invest, but what can I now do from a legal standpoint? I have hundreds of members that I have talked to and want to get to the bottom of this.
