I lost my life savings

I had BTC worth 12k, my entire savings, and got greedy as BTC rose. I tried using leverage to maximize gains. At first, I lost a bit, but then I took bigger risks to recover my money. After three weeks of sleepless nights, I lost all my savings. Now, I have nothing left. I thought I was a rational person, accumulating Bitcoin over the years. Now, I wonder how greed drove me to ignore all my principles, losing everything in such a short time with 50x leverage.. I feel like I can't trust myself anymore. I don't know how to cope with this..
