I moved to the US and since Binance doesn’t (shouldn’t) work here, I want to transfer my funds. Where and how do I do it?

I’m fairly new to crypto, invested some money before moving to USA, and now I get a “warning” message everytime I open my account. I want to transfer all my crypto to an app that I can use in the US. Where do you suggest I do it, and I? I don’t want to spend much in this process because I’m already running on a loss in my crypto journey. Any help would be appreciated. TIA :)
