I need advice how to cash out some Crypto profits in any way into yen. I live in Japan and bought crypto thru exchanges and defi

I opened my accounts without KYC and same for my TW and MM. I could buy usdt or btc thru exchange using debit card. But that exchange doesn't have option to cash out to my bank or to Yen.

Just to further clarify, I use Kucoin and Binance for my exchanges. I could connect my debit card and buy usdt or btc thru their deposit portals. But there's no option for me to do the other way around and withdraw my funds into yen. i have been investing since may 2021, I'm down a lot but still got some profits that could be withdrawn. I still invest but I just want to try cashing out some.
