I never believed in Bitcoin and I am now 100% in bitcoins.

Hi everyone, just joined this sub today. I'm 40, french canadian. In my early career I was a financial advisor. Later on I got my MBA and a second master in analytics. I am now a data scientist (algorithms) with a great salary and a very good pension plan.

I also HATE the US stock exchange with all my heart. It's a total fraud (Canada is a bit better but not by much) and totally unfair. I hate it so much that I invested a ton in GME/AMC in 2020 not for the money, but especially to send a huge "f*** you" signal. I made money and bought a house. I continued investing in stocks even if I hated it because I didn't see any other way.

Meanwhile I was laughing at Bitcoin like pretty much every one of my generation. 2 months ago, tired of that rigged market (even if I was beating the sp500 with upst and AMC/gme), I began studying Bitcoin. A lot. And when ETF opened I bought. And bought again. And again. I am now 100% in Bitcoin.

I am NEVER going to put another penny in stocks. Investing in bitcoin is for me another big "f*** you" to the entire system. I believe in it, I really do think Bitcoin can change the world for the best .And even if it goes to zero I don't care, I will still have my pension plan.

But if it goes past 200k or more I will be able to retire some years early with a big smile and will continue holding some and cheering for Bitcoin.

In conclusion, I'm happy to be here and I'm not selling anytime soon. F*** it.

Update for clarity: my Bitcoins are in ETF on the Toronto stock exchange. There is no way I'm buying bitcoins anywhere else since it's the only way here in Canada to own Bitcoins tax free. Otherwise crypto gains are taxable every year.
