Hello Binancians,
More than one month ago, I paid a cab with my Curve card + Binance card.
Transaction got declined and I tried again directly with Binance card. It worked this time.
Nevertheless, the declined transaction appeared as "pending" in my Binance dashboard. I have contacted multiple times Binance and they told me to wait. Now, it seems to be "completed" even if the marchant did not claim it most likely...
Can you help me ? Your customer service keep me waiting for an "expert" and they don't reply my messages anymore.
