I took a break from crypto

I took a break from crypto for the last 7 days and i feel. What I mean by that is a didn’t check the prices of any coins, I didn’t read any articles, I missed the entire SNL fiasco and also Elon’s comments about Bitcoin being ‘bad for the environment’. I didn’t check my portfolio once. I’m playing the long game so there’s honestly not much point to checking everyday. I have had one of the most stress free, relaxing weeks in a while. I’d recommend everyone take a week off every now and again, it honestly does wonders!!
