I was scammed by quoine. A liquid exchange platform. I need advice.

I fell prey to a trading platform called quoine. I invested money into it to perform futures trades. I had to pay send money via Etherium crypto to i vest into my account funds. However, when trying to withdraw my money, they required I pay a large tax fee, as well as a deposit, under the guise that I would get my money withdrawn and refunded. So I payed them through crypto coin as well. Once I did this, they froze my account and ignored me on their "customer service" line.

I'm completely broke now and will lose everything. Can anyone please help me? I don't know what to do. I'd read there are ways to retrieve money back from them but you get charged a lot from that. I can't afford much at this point. Please, someone... I'm crying and I'm at a loss.
