I was told by Bank more real Resources Energy Effort goes in Fiat money in compared to Bitcoin

I went to my local Bank to withdraw my money and the cashier asked purpose of withdrawal and I said I don't trust banks and trust bitcoin more. Cashier called bank manager and bank manager asked why I'm withdrawing and I told him the same reason and he replied Crypto a scam and I told him Bitcoin not a scam its backed by real energy costs by Miners putting in the effort and Fiat paper money is worthless not backed by anything and the bank manager replied fiat paper money is backed by millions of people putting in the effort by working their jobs and paying tax cut from their income and its this Tax that gives fiat paper money its value. I'm like what I never heard that 1 before and he said withdrawal requires 48hrs notice in advance and strongly advises me not to withdraw as he says crypto a scam.

So lets say for example a employee is slaving away full time working in McDonald's doing the hard work at the end of each week from his/her payslip the government takes 20% tax from his/her wages. So Fiat money is backed by 20% Human resources?
