Call me an idiot or whatever, but I see this as the opposite. A lot of people take loans to buy when the price sky rockets and they get burned during the bear market and sell out for a loss, but a lot less people take out loans when the market is shit because they're scared.
We definitely haven't seen the market bottom yet, the recession is just starting and I see bitcoin dropping to 10k and maybe even lower than that. If bitcoin drops to 10k I'm going to buy 2 coins with a loan. To think bitcoin will never recover to its previous all time highs is crazy to me. It won't happen this year or next year, but it sure as hell will happen in 2025 (a year after the 2024 halving). And if it doesn't then it will happen after the 2028 halving and if it doesn't after the 2028 halving then it will happen after the 2032 halving. Y'all just have to be patient if you want to make money. Nothing changed with bitcoin's principals and it's just as valuable in terms of properties as it was a year ago.
