If XRP/ Ripple can defeat the SEC it'll benefit whatever you hold.

This may seem obvious, but this is by far the longest drawn out legal battle in the space, Ripple is one of the large players in this space (capital) money wise. This explains why the SEC have been unable to simply threaten them and get them to settle for an undisclosed amount.

So far this looks good for crypto because it shows us that the space won't simply vanish because of a few powerful people wanting to control or to get rid of it. Gary Gensler has gone unhinged and attacked many other crypto companies as well, this looks a lot like frustration.

It's like Ripple and XRP are this fortress that they know they need to conquer because then the others will be much easier. They've been stalemated for years now and it's beginning to become quite a circus, especially with the space just growing and growing even through a supposedly upcoming recession. Hold strong people, Gary will be meme material in the coming decade and the space still very much alive and unconquered.
