If you fear of regulation from Government or Elon tweet makes you sell. You never really understood Cryptocurrency.

I can't believe how easily people can swing their decision about blockchain technology and Bitcoin as a decentralized currency.

I believe (and sorry if you don't agree): If you bought it to make profit, you will sell on these statements where China & Elon musk shaking your belief. But if you bought it because you understood it and believe in the future of decentralized monetary system and actually want that to be true, you won't sell.
