If you sold out of a Coin, do not go back to check it’s price!

This is where a lot feelings get hurt!

If you held a big position in a coin but decided to sell out, I suggest you leave it alone, turn off the price updates and act like the coin never existed. This especially goes to early Shiba holders etc...

I have also seen countless "what if" posts that are frankly now getting worn out. We all have that one coin that got away and unlike with people, you can't just go outside and find another one.

Looking after your mental health is paramount. All it takes is one realisation of your missed profits to get you spiralling into deep depression/never ending thoughts for the next couple of years straight.

After you have decided to get out of a position, go outside, take a deep breath and move on to the next episode.
