Im very new to crypto and need some help

I was wondering if anyone has advice on what the best ways to learn about crypto, are there certain articles i should read, videos i should watch, people i should follow, apps that i should use, what are some things to look for before making an investment, how much money have a lot of you started with and was it a great idea to start with that much i was thinking about starting with $20. How can i tell easily if something is going to be a rugpull and if i have a suspicion whats the best way to verify it. If anyone has some advice please let me know thank you!
