impossible to transfer with wallet direct

I've connected my binance wallet to my binance account but I still don't see any option to transfer via wallet direct. On the Wallet direct page it shows that my account is connected but on the Wallet it doesn't say it's connected to my account and there is no option to receive funds through wallet direct. I tried to do the procedure many times and recreated the wallet few times but still nothing. Can someone help pls? Or at least tell me who I should reach out to get some support
