In the process of setting up a node. After 4 days syncing the blockchain is 35%.

I heard people telling me it could take up to 7 days to sync the blockchain.

After the first 10 hours of syncing it was on 12 %. Because I have a relatively fast internet connection (250 Mbps), I was optimistic.

Then I noticed the syncing process slowing down. At this point I am starting to wonder if anything might be wrong. In this pace it will take up to 10-12 days, I guess. And I have the impression that it’s even further slowing down.

Any suggestions? Is there a way to speed things up?

I am installing myNode on a Raspberry Pi4 with a 1TB SSD.
