Indian Binance Users - P2P using IMPS

Recently I had exhausted my UPI transaction limit per day and was unable to use it for p2p purchases. I see that many traders provide imps as an alternative, but how can we send money via imps within 15 minutes? Given that it's almost a new stranger we are trading with, how is imps or even bank transfer a valid payment option? Am I missing something? Is there some trick to send money to a new payee within that 15 minute period?
