Am I right to think that in fact bitcoin does not experience inflation same as fiat because of limited supply, but because of supply/demand we can still see inflation in particular goods and services? In other words, if a holiday resort accepts only bitcoin (in future, when fiat currenncies will fail) we will still see yoy increases in bitcoin denominated prices if the demand for rooms in this resorts goes up yoy?
