Instant-Bank Transfers (EU) Binance Partners

Hi,

I am trading with Binance and have always transferred fiat to my Binance account using instant SEPA-transfers. I never transferred anything back yet, so I wonder if the old and new banking partners offer sepa instant bank transfers or not.

Recently the EU has agreed on a regulation with some transition periods that all banks have to offer sepa instant payments (10 seconds maximum) to its customers without additional fees.

Is it realized in your EU country already. I can only speak of my bank in Germany and as said, not about the other way around from binance to my bank.
