International economic collapse & bitcoins ability to see majority adoption, prior to CBDC Rise

One concern I'm having as of late, ya know what seems like an imminent global crisis (derivatives market), seems imminent. Imo were too far down the road to stop it, the government is finally giving up fighting it, and has decided to let everything fall now.

Govt has had time to prepare and protect themselves, and can allow a controlled demolition of global markets. If it's inevitable, there's power to them, in controlling when it happens, and allows them to get the CBDC system in place sooner than later.

My question is if we collapsed now, and cbdc was fast tracked into place.... everyone is frightened, everything is way over their heads, people are starving and the only out they see, is accepting a cbdc... with the promise of eating and sheltering themselves being highest priority, they willfully accept a beast they don't and can't understand.... if the collapse has started and we see cbdc rise up quickly (I believe we will).... how will bitcoin adapt to a system like that.

This is far from fud, I worry and hope there's some type of answer in place... but if cash and the monetary system we have in place now vanished over night.... what happens to adoption of btc? How would it hold up? How would anybody exchange their cbdc for bitcoin? Would there be blocks in place to kill any attempts to exchange this new currency for bitcoin? Or does the existing value of btc become the basis for all its value.... people who don't have it now are roadblocked from obtaining it, other than peer to peer, through selling of things they own, or wages paid from a btc owner?

Scary shit. Hopefully someone smarter than me has thought this through

Fwiw, watching a doc of sorts triggered this thought, along with following here and stocks market. Doc is called "The Great Taking" by David Webb. Former Hedge Fund Manager gone "activist". I take it with a grain of salt, but has very valid concerns. There's a YouTube style video interview with him, and he has a book by the same name. (Won't link it as I'm not advertising, don't want to get auto-modded either)
