Investing is great but don't forget to live a little

I was told from a very young age that life was difficult and that one needed to plan accordingly. That really had an impact on me and I started saving agressively from the time I held my very first summer job. I then spent way too much time in university thinking I had to get that degree, and then another one, just so I could raise my salary, and save even more. All of that while working full time and already saving about 70% of what I earned. At first it was the saving account, then the stock market, and finally crypto. I now have 0 debt and a decent retirement base, but that is not the point of this post.... Im approaching 29 now and I feel like I completly wasted my 20s. My savings habits took all my time, energy, and made me lose my grilfriend even. I havent travelled, I havent experience the world, I dont even own a car at this point. The only thing I've done is endure jobs I hate and destroy my eyesight looking at spreadsheats for an unhealthy amount of time every day. So yes, Im hodling, like you guys, and god know I wish one of my crypto will get big at some point. Maybe it will, or maybe not. Point is, dont make the same mistakes I've done, there is such a thing as over investing. I know this sub tend to make you feel like you're missing on something everytime a new token makes its way into the top 10, but sometimes its okay to only put a couple of hundreds or even less. And sometimes, you should treat yourself instead of DCAing, its counterintuitive I know, but at the end of the day, time is more valuable than any crypto out there.
