IOTA Suspensions

So I have been buying iota on binance for some time now but what's reeeeeally annoying is the nonstop suspension of withdrawals for years now.

IOTA had a network upgrade some months ago which needed a migration, all of the existing exchanges managed to do the migration in mostly less then a week - not binance. Here we are still waiting for activation of withdrawals tho binance made an announcement to support the upcoming migration (migration was in April).

Even in the past and years before withdrawals were suspended on a daily basis with the comment "network congestion" or "network upgrade" which was a blatant lie 99% of the time as the network was up and running nicely, confirming txs in under 30 seconds (now in ~8 seconds)

I'm slowly getting fed up with this. The community is starting to think that binance doesn't have enough IOTAs for people to withdraw as withdrawals are always deactivated like hours after activation. Its damn frustrating.

So what is going on here? We have been waiting months and there are no updates given while support only giving standard answers that don't help at all while showing they don't even know what they talk about (like repeating nonsense of network congestion and so on...).
