Irresponsible behaviour by binance

I have made a swift transfer and i find repeatedly binance holding my funds without creditng to my wallet merely taking the advantage of holding the funds. They simply say theey need to verify the payment channnel and trace the transaction eventhough all required documents and details are furnished. Thy only transfer the funds after a prolonged time taking the time value of money advantage. Folks pls becareful and we better report if any of u guyz facing d same
