I received an email about something something legacy wallet and immediate actions required. I know the wallet is empty. I created it in 2014. But I got my password rejected although it's the same one I've every used. Already saved in my browser. I request reset password link and it never arrived. No matter how many times I requested it. Not in the spam either. Their other email like verify device, I receive just fine. But no password reset email.
I looked up my 18 words pass phrase and tried their mnemonic pass phrase and I get invalid checksum. I posted a ticket for helpdesk since October 28th and I got no response whatsoever.
So is it really dead?
