Is Crypto banned in Germany?

Binance Case ID#80946230. My account was verified since April 2021, suddenly on 17.12.2021 i get a message that “ Unfortunately our services are not available for your account. You may proceed to withdrawl” when i try to withdraw then it says “your account might be at risk and contact customer aupport”. I have been trying to solve this issue since a week and #customer Support of /binance is sleeping. One memeber of CS asked me to submit a Questionaire for declaration of wealth. I have done that too since a week and still case is not solved. Every day your CS tells that they are finding a solution with relevant team. But you guys sucks. Yesterday i even got an email that your account would be deactivated permanently so withdraw your assets before 31.12.2021. How can i withdraw when even after putting 3 verfications codes for withdrawl you guys send a pop up that your account might be at risk and contact custome support. I have 9k-10k worth of crypto assets and you guys are trying to steal my money for your christmas bonus. If its happening with other fellow binance users, kindly report it.
