I have started trading cryptocurrency a couple months ago and I'm still pretty new in crypto. One thing that annoying me is that the fee to withdraw BTC to my wallet is like 20bucks. Why haven't Binance added LN? Also, why did they only add Matic network for deposit but not for withdraw?

It's cool and all but i don't wanna use BSC to to transfer binance bitcoin, i wanna own my real btc in my wallet. What's up with decentralization?
