Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with Binance verification process too?

I recently moved houses so do not have utility bills to show as proof of address. I uploaded my bank statement (with the new address) several times but that got rejected. No reason given. I am assuming it was because my bank statement has my first and middle name initials and then last name (like, A B Cxxxx) while my name on Binance does not have my middle name (and it goes like, Axxx Cxxx). I then tried verifying it using the internet bill of old address thinking I’ll change address at a later date but a screenshot of that address was rejected too. Apparently I have to post a photo of a hard copy of a utility bill or a pdf bank statement and now I am at a loss. Any advice?
