I was thinking yesterday about the idea of mass adoption of Bitcoin and how that would look. Let's say tomorrow the world suddenly said "yeah USD sucks and BTC is better. Let's make BTC the global reserve currency". How could people receive wages in sats if there is no issuing authority?
