Is it possible to make a project without getting doxxed?

I am wondering if it is possible deploying an ethereum project (DApp, NFT, etc) without getting doxxed.

I can use an alias, a VPN, changing the RPC and not using infura, etc. But at some point we are going to need a hosting and a domain name.

So my questions would be

• Which are the most common places where we as developers can get doxxed?
• Is any alternative to centralized hostings and domains market places that can be used that don't need a credit card and an identity to register the website?
