does Bob have a way to figure who sent these specific 0.1 BTC to Alice?
In a very simple transaction (one input, one output), Bob (and everyone else) can see which input Alice chose for that transaction. In a more complicated transaction (coinjoin, batched transaction, basically any tx with multiple inputs and outputs etc), Bob still can see the chosen inputs, but the connection is much less clear (esp in a coinjoin transaction, where other inputs could be from other people).
Think of a bitcoin transaction like taking physical coins, melting them down, and then re-minting them again. When you take one coin, and melt it into another single coin, the connection is pretty clear. When you take multiple coins and re-melt them into new coins, you are not entirely sure anymore, especially when multiple people throw their coins together for a collaborative transaction like coinjoin.
Hope that makes sense.
