Is it smoke and mirrors? Detailed whitepaper?

I have been interested in some gambling (aka shitcoin trading) lately, and this whitepaper really caught my eye, the whole project did actually.

All these shitcoins come out with their crappy whitepapers, meanwhile, this one made me feel really optimistic about the project.
