Is Kole aka "Deleveraged_" aka "Captain_Kole1" a grifter?

Now of course no one should be following anyone for any trading directions, thats a great way to get rekt, but seeing this guy do what he does and the foul disgust you get from it is just appauling at this point, his private twitter after that pump to 65 had all its tweets erased.

I've notice him and a few other and can't help but think they are just shills for the exchanges they represent and the positions they claim to have up are nothing more than paper contracts backed by the exchange. Basically their job is simply to draw in liquidity of the naive ignorant ones and then get a nice kick back from the exchange for doing so, in return the exchange's actual spoof trade lands him on the leaderboard to use as a tool to lure more naive people into that side of the trade.

Something just doesnt make sense for someone to claim to be as sophisticated and to troll for essentially free like that supposedly. You can see few accounts play the good and bad cop roles with each other. Outta no where oh heres another 50 btc added to my short when the trend and timing is fresh that we more than likely are about to go up... any insights to the exchange shilling theory?
