I logged a ticket a day ago, and I haven't received email confirmation or a ticket number. I got some notice that an unrecognized device logged in so I disabled my account right away. I have no idea how it could be possible that someone got in, I used new passwords and a new email. Anyway, how long do I have to wait for them to confirm they received my ticket and provide me with a ticket number. This is making me pretty freaking pissed, there's no reason they shouldn't have an autonomous system to catalog tickets before human intervention. This is a critical time in the market and I cant access over 10 grand to protect from a crash or take advantage of lower prices.
