Is sending BTC from coinbase US to global binance okay?

I had binance account back then when I was living in Asia. Now I am in US and need to exchange so crypto between those 2 accounts. But since trading on binance from US is not allowed, does it even scan for coinbase wallet address? I don’t want to lock out or blacklist my binance account. Or else I can send btc to paper wallet and then binance. (Same question goes for kucoin but I can post that question in kucoin channel)
