Is the Russia/Ukraine situation the end of Web 3.0?

Many have always criticized the Web 3.0 for not being truly decentralized, but it used to be more of a technical Bitcoin maxi talking point. Now these concerns seem to be coming true?

Thing is I don't see a way out. Some books argue decentralization is the problem and it's hard to disagree. Like how could web 3.0 go for this "true" decentralization anyways? Everybody's not gonna run a full ethereum node. Most web 3.0 apps are just websites that can be blocked? I mean yeah, you can just call the contract and run the website locally but we know most people aren't going to do that (and this would only work for trivial things like uniswap). Only hard core enthusiasts will care enough to jump through these hoops. Regular people will just go use something else?
