Is the upcoming bullrun going to be the last opportunity for the average person to make life changing wealth?

Good Afternoon from an unusually sunny Scotland. I have been in the crypto game since 2017 not that long but long enough to remember all the times I was laughed at for investing in " fake money", also long enough to remember the constant refreshing of coinmarketcap expecting to see monumental changes in price, yeah I don't miss that but hey I can fall back in to bad habits.

The current market is a fantastic opportunity to buy but lets not forget this comes with risk and you are in luck I am a financial advisor ( am I fuck). DCA DCA but I will be honest I think I am going to throw the biggest chunk of cash I can because I believe it may be the one of the last occasions to make life changing money.

The reason I think it's the last occasion to make life changing money is because this coming Bullrun looks like it will be the last before the big investment firms are fully involved. When the likes of Blackrock are in the average person is not going to be able to compete with the financial clout that those slick bastards have. This is with out the inclusion of all the battering's the SEC are taking, the long term outlook for crypto currency is fantastic and I am genuinely excited

Oh yeah... next year the BTC halving which will push the value of BTC to even higher levels due to the dwindling supply and lower level rewards pushing scarcity up, the predictions are looking to be at the 100k level.

I take a look now and see that the market is it heading toward a bearish path is this coincidence that before the next Bullrun the market resets and the whales make the last big killing before regulations are in place ?maybe.

I am risking all I can, because money is freedom and it's why we all initially got in to crypto don't miss this opportunity.
