Is there a genuine critique of the "Line Goes Up" Documentary about NFTs and Crypto?

I watched the 2 hour PLUS documentary, and I frankly confused and bewildered.
Dan Olson, the Canadian videographer behind the “Folding Ideas” YouTube channel, basically suggests that Crypto (& NFTs) are basically flawed, and are just making a bad sector (Finance, banks currency) much worse, and not really solving anything or adding genuine value.

One of the reasons why I have been reading and investing in crypto (not touched NFT yet, TBH) is because I thought this was a better future ....

However, the documentary clearly suggests, with good examples, that if this happens, the future would become DYSTOPIAN.

Also, apparently crypto is the way the rich 5 % (Programmers, developers & generally rich people) want to get back at the top 1 % rich people and replace them.

So here is that I want to know......

Is there something genuinely wrong in the documentary, or are we just a part of a great pointless PONZI scheme, waiting for the BIGGER fool?
