Why BNB still doesn't enabled IBC, currently Cosmos ecosystem doesn't have stablecoin (stabelcoin on Cosmos are bridged on Osmosis dex).
It will be good for both Cosmos and BNB to interact by IBC, will be abel to add BUSD to Osmosis and to all Defi on Cosmos.
