Is there a way to back up my moons?

What if i lose my phone? Are the moons in my reddit app or are they linked to my Reddit account, meaning i can just log in from another phone and have my moons? Or does the reddit app work like a wallet, so could back them up somehow by writing down my seed?

In my Vault, i do not see an option to transfer my moons, nor make a backup copy of my seed. Its a little confusing.

Since the recent price hike, they became a small fortune! It would be a shame to loose them.
