I was learning about Dandelion proposal (BIP 156) and I can see on the GitHub that it was rejected.
I'd like to know why. But it seems there is no documentation whatsoever about the rejection reasons. I also tried to google it but no result.
So this is no only a question about this BIP, but a more general question. Is there a place to see the reasons of why a BIP was rejected, accepted, replaced etc...
