Is this eligible for BNB Pioneer Burn Program?

Hi Binance and Binance Angel,

I wanted to check with you all to see if my situation was eligible for the BNB Pioneer Burn Program.

Over two weeks ago I accidentally withdrew BEP-20 USDT from FTX Exchange to the wrong Binance deposit address (see transaction). My intention was to withdraw the BEP-20 USDT from FTX to my Binance account via BNB Chain but miscopied the Binance deposit address and pasted it with a previously copied contract address. Both the addresses ended in '7' so I thought it was my Binance BEP-20 deposit address when I was going through the process. I only realized it was the incorrect address after the confirmation had completed awhile ago and deposit was not credited.

The contract address is clearly an Ethereum contract address: https://etherscan.io/address/0xb2ec38ae446458592d2ed030ca34141ce2943e77 and therefore it cannot be accessed because the private key to the address is not accessible to anyone (source). Therefore this contract address cannot be accessed on BNB Chain, as the BNB and ETH address share the same private key.

I have asked Binance customer service about this and they said it was not eligible for the BNB Pioneer Burn Program because Binance cannot access the contract address. I thought that was the point of this burn program because the funds are lost forever in contract addresses. Would you deem this situation eligible for the BNB Pioneer Burn Program?
